DETROIT (AP) — A prison warden says former Detroit Mayor
Kwame Kilpatrick is being housed in an air-conditioned hospital
room with a private shower at the state’s prison system’s intake
center in Jackson.

his appeals.

Former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick addressed the court Tuesday during
a probation violation hearing that will determine whether he goes
back to jail, apologizing to the court.

Former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick should be sent to prison for two
to five years, a prosecutor recommended Monday.
